Since 2007 and in between her Tatton adventures,
Sue has been building up her herb collection which was originally inspired by the Back to Back Garden ‘Living Medicine’.

She is hoping to open a small herb nursery selling culinary and medicinal herbs in 2012.

Sue regularly attends local Farmers Markets where she either sells herbs or small willow sculptures on commission, bird feeders, plant supports and, at Christmas, decorations all of which are made from recycled and sustainable materials.

In 2008 Sue started growing her own willows and so far they seem to be growing well.
